1. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
- Order processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being placed.
- Dispatch: After processing, dispatch usually takes an additional 3-4 days.
- Delivery: After dispatch, delivery within India typically takes 3-7 business days. Remote areas may take 7-14 business days.
We partner with reputable, insured courier services to deliver your orders safely. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping is charged on every order based on its weight: ₹150 per kg (minimum ₹150). The exact amount is calculated from your order's total weight and shown at checkout. We do not offer free shipping.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share a tracking number via SMS / WhatsApp / email so you can monitor your shipment. You will receive updates at key milestones: order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.

डिलीवरी एवं शिपिंग नीति (हिंदी)
1. ऑर्डर प्रोसेसिंग और डिलीवरी समय
- ऑर्डर प्रोसेसिंग: ऑर्डर आमतौर पर देने के 1-2 कार्यदिवस के भीतर प्रोसेस किए जाते हैं।
- डिस्पैच: प्रोसेसिंग के बाद डिस्पैच में आमतौर पर 3-4 दिन और लगते हैं।
- डिलीवरी: डिस्पैच के बाद भारत में डिलीवरी आमतौर पर 3-7 कार्यदिवस में हो जाती है। दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में 7-14 कार्यदिवस लग सकते हैं।
हम विश्वसनीय और बीमित कूरियर सेवाओं के साथ काम करते हैं ताकि आपका ऑर्डर सुरक्षित पहुँचे। रविवार और सार्वजनिक छुट्टियों पर ऑर्डर शिप या डिलीवर नहीं किए जाते।
2. शिपिंग शुल्क
हर ऑर्डर पर वज़न के आधार पर शिपिंग शुल्क लगता है: ₹150 प्रति किलोग्राम (न्यूनतम ₹150)। सटीक राशि आपके ऑर्डर के कुल वज़न के अनुसार चेकआउट पर दिखाई जाती है। हम कोई फ्री शिपिंग नहीं देते।

3. ऑर्डर ट्रैकिंग
ऑर्डर डिस्पैच होने के बाद हम SMS / व्हाट्सऐप / ईमेल द्वारा ट्रैकिंग नंबर साझा करते हैं ताकि आप अपने शिपमेंट की स्थिति देख सकें। आपको ऑर्डर कन्फर्मेशन, डिस्पैच और डिलीवरी पर अपडेट मिलते रहेंगे।
