Return Window
Our products are precision tools and consumables. Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. Returns are accepted only within 2 days of delivery, and only in the cases listed below.
When a Return Is Accepted
1. Wrong product received
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered due to an error on our side, inform us within 2 days of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
2. Bulk orders - product not suitable
For bulk orders, if the product does not perform as expected when checked, inform us within 2 days of delivery and return the unused items. After inspection, we will arrange a replacement or a refund for the returnable (unused) items.
3. Used items are not returnable
Items that have already been used are not eligible for return or refund. Please confirm that a product is suitable before putting it into use.
Return Eligibility
- The request is raised within 2 days of delivery
- The product is unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging, tags, accessories and documentation are intact
- You have the order number or proof of purchase

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected (within 3-5 business days), we will notify you whether the return is approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer (UPI / NEFT).
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled, and the return conditions above will apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 2 days at lexustools20@gmail.com or +91 97275 22020 with photos so we can evaluate and make it right.
वापसी एवं रिफंड नीति (हिंदी)
रिटर्न विंडो
हमारे उत्पाद प्रिसिज़न टूल्स और कंज़्यूमेबल्स हैं। कृपया डिलीवरी मिलते ही अपने ऑर्डर की जाँच करें। रिटर्न केवल डिलीवरी के 2 दिन के भीतर और नीचे दी गई स्थितियों में ही स्वीकार किए जाते हैं।
रिटर्न कब स्वीकार होगा
1. गलत उत्पाद मिलना — यदि हमारी ओर से हुई गलती के कारण आपको ऑर्डर किए गए उत्पाद से अलग उत्पाद मिलता है, तो डिलीवरी के 2 दिन के भीतर हमें सूचित करें। पुष्टि के बाद हम रिप्लेसमेंट या पूरा रिफंड देंगे।
2. बल्क ऑर्डर — उत्पाद उपयुक्त न होना — बल्क ऑर्डर में यदि जाँच करने पर उत्पाद अपेक्षित रूप से काम न करे, तो डिलीवरी के 2 दिन के भीतर हमें सूचित करें और बिना इस्तेमाल किए आइटम वापस करें। जाँच के बाद हम रिटर्न-योग्य (बिना इस्तेमाल किए) आइटम के लिए रिप्लेसमेंट या रिफंड देंगे।
3. इस्तेमाल किए गए आइटम वापस नहीं होंगे — जो आइटम पहले से इस्तेमाल हो चुके हैं, वे रिटर्न या रिफंड के योग्य नहीं हैं। कृपया उत्पाद को उपयोग में लाने से पहले उसकी उपयुक्तता की पुष्टि कर लें।
रिटर्न के लिए पात्रता
- अनुरोध डिलीवरी के 2 दिन के भीतर किया गया हो
- उत्पाद बिना इस्तेमाल किया हुआ और प्राप्त स्थिति में हो
- मूल पैकेजिंग, टैग, सहायक सामग्री और दस्तावेज़ सुरक्षित हों
- ऑर्डर नंबर / खरीद का प्रमाण उपलब्ध हो

महत्वपूर्ण: बिना पहले रिटर्न का अनुरोध किए भेजे गए आइटम स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएँगे। कृपया सामान वापस भेजने से पहले हमारी पुष्टि की प्रतीक्षा करें।

रिफंड
वापस मिला आइटम प्राप्त होकर जाँच (3-5 कार्यदिवस) के बाद, हम आपको सूचित करेंगे कि रिटर्न स्वीकृत हुआ या नहीं। स्वीकृत रिफंड मूल भुगतान माध्यम में 5-7 कार्यदिवस के भीतर प्रोसेस किए जाते हैं। कैश ऑन डिलीवरी (COD) ऑर्डर के लिए रिफंड बैंक ट्रांसफर (UPI / NEFT) द्वारा दिया जाता है।
ऑर्डर रद्द करना
ऑर्डर डिस्पैच होने से पहले रद्द किया जा सकता है। शिप होने के बाद ऑर्डर रद्द नहीं किया जा सकता, और ऊपर दी गई रिटर्न शर्तें लागू होंगी।
क्षतिग्रस्त या दोषपूर्ण आइटम
कृपया डिलीवरी पर तुरंत अपने ऑर्डर की जाँच करें। यदि कोई आइटम दोषपूर्ण या क्षतिग्रस्त है, या आपको गलत आइटम मिला है, तो 2 दिन के भीतर lexustools20@gmail.com या +91 97275 22020 पर फ़ोटो के साथ संपर्क करें ताकि हम समस्या का समाधान कर सकें।
