We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility

- Original packaging and tags are intact

- All original accessories and documentation are included

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You must receive a Return Authorization Number and return shipping label before sending your item back.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Reach out with your order number and reason for return
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping label
- Ship the Item: Send your package to the address above with the RA number clearly marked
- Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days
- Approval/Rejection: We will notify you if the return is accepted or rejected
- Refund Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Or you received the wrong item

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above 30-day policy, if merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without requiring justification.
As per our standard policy, your item must be:

- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
Refund Processing
Timeline for Refunds:
- We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return
- We will confirm if the refund was approved or rejected

- Please allow 5-7 additional business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account

Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Item Returns: We cover return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will be provided.
- Change of Mind Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Warranty vs. Returns
